Ministering to Eiehmann in
His Final Weeks Before His
Execution Told by Rev. Hull

Former President
of Bavarian Court
Accused as Nazi

WUE RZBER G, Germany,
(JTA)—Additional charges of
Nazi activity were lodged against
Dr. Rudolph Schiedermaier, for-
mer president of the Bavarian
Administrative Court, who was
suspended recently on charges
of having been implicated in war
crimes.
According to the fresh
charges, he participated during
World War II in the "final
solution" of the Jewish problem,
by mass murder, in Czechoslo-
vakia. He was, during World
War II, in the Nazi Ministry of
the Interior.
Meanwhile, a search was be-
gun for a parcel of documentary
material sent to the court here
from Warsaw, presumably show-
ing further proof of Dr. Schied-
ermaier's Nazi activities. It is
believed that the parcel, which
has thus far not been traced,
may have been seized at some
West German customs post in
the belief that it contained con-
traband Communist propaganda.
