Histadrut Makes Erlich-Portnoy Available Film of Engagement Told `Sinatra in Israel' The new Histadrut half-hour color film of Frank Sinatra's visit to Israel last year is avail- able for showing at public func- tions, especially for benefits on behalf of the Histadrut Scholar- ship Fund, it was announced here. The National Committee for Labor Israel sponsored the cele- brity's eight concerts in Israel. Sinatra's trip to the Holy Land was devoted to the promotion of a non-sectarian, humanitarian project in conjunction with His- tradut.
