Weds Carl Cohen

MRS. CARL COHEN

Elaine Toby Hochman and
Carl Stuart Cohen were united
in marriage by Rabbi Morris
Adler and Cantor Jacob H. Son-
enklar Aug. 19 at Cong. Shaarey
Zedek.
The bride is the daughter of
Dr. and Mrs. Morton M. Hoch-
man, 18285 Wildemere. The
bridegroom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Charles A. Cohen of River-
side, Ont.
The bride wore a short shirred-
sleeved, open neckline gown ap-
pliqued in hand-corded Alencon
lace. A fitted bodice and gar-
lands of matching lace, on the
dome-shaped floor-length skirt,
which extended into a chapel
train, highlighted the bride's
white bouquet silk taffeta gown.
A V-shaped cap of matching
Alencon lace held her illusion
veil that fell in two tiers to her
fingertips. She carried a cluster
of white orchids and stephanotis
on her consecration Bible.
The maid of honor was Bar-
bara Hochman, the bride's sister.
The bridesmaids were Mrs. Shel-
don Hochberg and Danielle Zeff.
The bridegroom was attended
by Theodore Hochberg as best
man, and ushers included Leon
and Gerald Levine, Sheldon
Hochberg, Leon Hochman and
Jerry Whiteman.
Following dinner, the couple
left on a honeymoon to Florida
and Nassau, after which they
will reside in Toronto, Ont.
