At the honors convocation, he
received the Margaret Teal
award in science and the Mum-
ford Mathematics Award. In
addition, Bruce was elected to
the Junior Phi Beta Kappa
honor society as well as being
awarded magna cum laude. He
was graduated with a 4.35 honor
point average.

Bruce was presented a schol-
arship by the Mumford Parent-
Teacher Association. He has
been accepted by the Institution
for Leadership in Foreign Coun-
tries and will leave Sept. 3 for
Jerusalem, where he will spend
six months in study. From the
Institute, he will go to a kibbutz
where he will spend another six
months.
Bruce is now at the Midwest
Habonim Camp.
