Israel currently provides free, compulsory education only through the primary grades. The scholarships will be for 5300 a year each, about equal to tuition and other costs in Israeli secondary of schools. The number scholarships to be awarded annually will be determined by the amount of funds raised by the organization beyond its present fund-raising pro- grams. Harry Yudkoff of Detroit was re-elected to the Bnai Brith International Board of Gover- nors. He will serve a three-year term. Yudkoff is chairman of the Bnai Brith National Fund Campaign Cabinet which directs fund-raising activties for the organization.
