Addressing the fifth annual midwest regional convention of Northwest Young Israel Dedicates Structure Sunday Rabbi Samuel Fink, lecturer at Yeshiva University and vice- president of the Council of Young Israel Rabbis, will be guest speaker at the ceremonies dedicating the new structure of Young Israel of Northwest De- troit, 2 p.m. at 17376 Wyoming.
