Serve on a bed of salad greens. Makes 6 servings. QUICK AND EASY Lightly mix together 1 can (1-lb.) pork and beans, 1 medium onion chopped fine, 1 cup chopped celery, 2 tomatoes (cut in wedges), 2 tea- spoons vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of black pepper. Serve topped with a spoonful of sour cream mixed with chopped pimiento.
