to the election board meeting
of the Schulze Community
Council on Tuesday evening.
The following were elected:
Louis Rosenzweik, president;
Albert Colman, vice president;
Mrs. Donald Armstrong, record-
ing secretary; Mrs. Leland
Smith. corresponding secretary;
Michael D. Stashower, treasurer.
Serving as chairmen of var-
ious committees are Mrs. Har-
old Norris, Ruth Smith, Mrs.
George Rubin, Ruth Shefer,

Plans are being made for a
membership campaign to obtain

organization's work, which is

bors without regard to ethnic
considerations."

The CIVIC CENTER CHORUS
will hold auditions for singers,
dancers and actors at the Veter-
ans Memorial Building between
7 p.m. and 10 p.m. on April 13
and 16, in preparation for the
summer musical season. This
group is engaged in the pre-
sentation of outstanding Broad-
way productions under sponsor-
ship of the Department of

Speech at Northwestern Univer-
sity. Her fiance will receive his
degree in June from the Tech-
nological Institute at Northwest-
ern University. A June 24 wed-
ding is planned.

terhood and Bnai Birth Lodge
of Ann Arbor have sponsored a
volunteer program at the Ypsi-
lanti State Hospital. They felt
they should do everything pos-
sible to help the Jewish patients.
A group of dedicated men and
women as well as students from
Alpha Epsilon Phi and Phi Sigma
sororities go out to the hosital
on Sunday mornings and es-
cort the patients to services in
the Chapel Building, where Rab-
bi Solomon H. Gruskin, Chaplain
of Ypsilanti State Hospital, Chap-
lain of Milan Prison and Rabbi
at Cong. Bnai Zion, is in charge.
After the formal services are
over, the volunteers serve coffee
