Beck Chapel of the University
of Indiana, in Bloomington.
They are the children of Dr.
and Mrs. Haskell Heiligman and
Mrs. Shirley Saslay. The bride
is a graduate of Curtis Institute
of Music in Philadelphia, Pa.,
and attended Vienna Conserva-
tory of Music in Vienna, Austria.
She is a graduate assistant in
piano in the music department
of Indiana University. The
bridegroom, -a member of the
Detroit Symphony Orchestra
for five seasons, is a graduate
of Wayne State University. He
is a graduate assistant in violin
in the music department at
Indiana University.

Toba Serlin became the bride
of Lt. William James Haga in
a double-ring ceremony per-
formed Jan. 28 at Temple Israel
by Rabbi Leon Fram. Parents
of the couple are Mr. and Mrs.
Herman Haga of Milford and
Mr. and Mrs. Irwin I. Serlin
of Westbrook Ave. The bride
wore a gown of peau de soie
with elbow-length sleeves. The
sabrina neckline was etched
with Alencon lace. Inserts of
lace and seed pearls adorned
the princess style full skirt
which fell into a chapel train.
A Swedish crown held her short
bouffant veil and she carried
her Consecration Bible with
white orchids and stephanotis.
Susan Ellen Bloom was maid
of honor. Junior bridesmaids
were Pam Haga and Paula Haga,
sisters of the bridegroom. The -
bridesmaids were Louise Nathan
of Chicago and Mrs. Leonard
Sudakin. John Ohlson of Ft.
Lee, Va., was best man. Ushers
were Ronald Serlin, brother
of the bride; Lt. Steve Forsten-
zer of Turner Air Force Base,
Ga., and James Rodwel, cousin
of the bridegroom. The couple
are residing in Scotland, where
Lt. Haga is stationed at the
U. S. Air Force Base Hospital
at Prestwick.
