Rosenthal Named Library Week Head Avram "Skip" Rosenthal has been appointed executive direc- tor of National Library Week for Michigan, April 8-14, an- nounced Ransom L. Richardson, president of the Michigan Li- brary Association. Rosenthal has been director of the Livonia Library System since its inception in 1958.
