Child Rescue Women
Co-Sponsor Club for
Retarded Young Adults

The Northwest Child Rescue
Women, in conjunction with the
Jewish Center, is sponsoring a
group of mentally retarded
young adults known as the
"Young Israel Club."
The group meets every Thurs-
day night with Allan Gelfond,
a Center social worker, as ad-
visor. Members have partici-
pated in roller-skating, swim-
ming, cook-outs, trampoline and
a mid-winter week end at Camp
Tamarack.

Hannah Schloss Old Timers Honor
Goldstick for Service to Detroit

A Social Singles "Cabaret
Night," a Tween basketball
game and dance, an Israeli folk
dance program and an "Omni-
bus Series" production are high-
lights on the schedule of activi-
ties at the Jewish Center.
The Social Singles (21-35)
will present a "Cabaret Night"
at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Center.
The program will feature a
twist demonstration and instruc-
tion.
A basketball game and dance
with the Toledo Tweens will be
held for Tweens from 8-10 p.m.
Saturday at the Center. The
Jewish Center Tween All Stars
will play the Toledo All Stars.
Dress is casual. Tickets are on
sale at the Center.
An evening of Israeli folk
dancing will be held 8 p.m.
