FOLKS WHO SAW noted
artist Giacomo Porzano and Dr.
Henry Raskin at Katz's delica-
tessen in Oak Park, last week,
didn't know who was who ! .. .
Henry had the look of an Italian
count, complete with suave
mustache and goatee, while
Porzano looked like any Amer-
ican you might see during a
day . . . He was in Detroit to
present his art at the Garelick
Gallery prior to a showing in
New York . . . Henry served
as Porzano's hand-motioning in-
terpreter, corned beef and all,
explaining that the fine Italian
artist whose works appear in
Life, Fortune and Harpers Da-
zaar, was also in this country
to do his impressions of Amer-
icana . . . They had met each
other two years ago in Italy
while Henry was enroute to Is-
rael.

KIDDIE KORNER . . . by
Sid Davis . . . about the three-
year-old struggling with the
back button on his long winter
underwear . . . Finally he gave
up, trotted up to his mother and
said, "Mommy, open my bath-
room door, please."
