JWV Activities

SOL YETZ - MORRIS COHEN
LADIES AUXILIARY and the
ELI LEVIN LADIES AUXILI-
ARY will hold a joint meeting
Monday evening at the JWV. Me-
morial Home. An Israeli movie
will be shown, according to Raye
Weimer, junior vice president.
Hostesses will be Rose Feinberg
and Shirley Selick. Friends are
invited.

luncheon and - meeting Wednes-
day at the home of Mrs. Meyer
Gavern. Mrs. Ann Solomon will

MRS. LEONARD SCHWARTZ

The marriage rites of Nita
Diana Lowe and Leonard Ber-
tram Schwartz were solemnized
Dec. 25 at Temple Israel. Dr.
Leon Fram and Rabbi M. Rob-
ert Syme oficiated.
Parents of the bridal couple
are Dr. and Mrs. Adolf M. Lowe
of Parkside Ave. .and Dr. and
Mrs. Morris Schwartz of New
York City and Lake Mahopac.
The bride chose a gown of
ivory silk peau de soie with an
open neckline, long sleeves,
molded bodice and a dome-
shaped skirt which fell into a
detachable chapel train. She wore
a mantilla of heirloom lace.
Matron of honor was Mrs.
Jonathon Schwartz - of Cam-
bridge, Mass. Bridesmaids were
Judith Lowe, cousin of the
bride, Linda Millman of Wash-
ington, D.C., cousin of - the bride
Mrs. Seymour Baxter and Mrs.
Stanley Schwartz, sister-in-law
of the bridegroom.
Best man was Stanley Sch-
wartz, brother of the bride-
groom. Ushers were Dr. Stephan
Malawista of Washington, D.C.,
Richard Schwartz of Philadel-
phia, cousin of the bridegroom,
Cyril Moscow, Michael Meyers,
Irving Tuckel and Stewart Op-
_otosky.
The couple departed for a
honeymoon in Puerto Rico and
will live in Detroit.
