Federation Women's Division Institute Pattern for Survival' Next Thursday . More than a hundred women are working feverishly on last minute preparations for "Pat- tern for Survival," an •ll-day Institute to be presented start- ing 9:30 a.m., Thursday at the Jewish Center, by the Women's Division of the Jewish Welfare Federation. M r s. Arthur I. Gould is Institute chairman. Dr. Judah Shapiro, secretary of the National Foundation for Jewish Culture, Inc., New York, will deliver the keynote ad- .dress, "Pattern for Survival," at 10 a.m. The women will choose one of the three workshops repre- senting the areas of the Jewish Welfare Federation's service to Detroit's citizens.
