Winner of the traveling trophy for the second straight year was Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority, which staged a pro- duction of "Sewer in Helm." In the small sewer of Helm, a body of underground agents decide that the purpose of their organization is to achieve world power. But first they must find an answer to the question, "What is power?" This they feel can be accomplished by sending spies to the already powerful countries; the United States, Russia and China. After a brief visit to each country the spies return with contrast- ing answers — each reflecting the Social organization of the nation they visited.
