A proclamation by Southfield's Mayor James S. Clarkson
setting aside Sept. 27 through Oct. 24 as "Hadassah Month"
in the city is given to Mrs. Robert Tuttleman, president of the
Southfield Chapter of Hadassah. Looking on are Mrs. Charles
