• THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS -- Friday, August 18, 1961 — 16 ▪ Detroit Chapter Sends Delegation to National Hadassah Convention Detroit Chapter of Hadassah will send a delegation to the 47th national convention of Hadassah Sunday through Wednesday at the Denver Hil- ton Hotel in Denver, Colo. Representing Detroit will be Mesdames I. Jerome Hauser, Chapter president; Joseph Ehr- lich, Albert Elazar, Anna Gor- don, Ivan Meisner, Louis Red- stone, William Roth, David J. Schachter, Carl Schiller and Hattie Sloan. U. S. Secretary of Labor Arthur J. Goldberg will address the first plenary 'session with Ogden Reid, former U. S. am- bassador to Israel, and _Steve McNichols, governor of Colo- rado. Others to address the four-day convention include Avraham Harman, Israel ambassador to the U. S.; Dr. Jacob J. Wein- stein, rabbi of K. A. M. Temple in Chicago; Michael Comay, Is- rael representative to the United Nations; Mrs. Siegfried Kramar- sky, Hadassah's national presi- dent; and Dr. Kalman J.
