Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Wil-
liams. of Toledo, Ohio, announce
the marriage of their daughter
Paula Rochelle to Alfred Toboc-
man July 30.
The bride is a graduate of
Ottawa Hills High School, To-
ledo, and the University of
Michigan where she was'_ af-
filiated with Alpha Epsilon Phi
sorority. Mr. Tobocman is the
son of the late Morris Toboc-
man and Mrs. Abe Tobocman
of Greenfield Rd. He is a grad-
uate of the University of, Michi-
gan School of Architecture and
Design. Mr. Tobocman is a
member of Sigma Alpha Mu.
Rochelle Caplan of Pittsburgh
was maid of honor. Mrs. Paul
Lichter of Ann Arbor, Mrs. Irv-
ing Tobocman . and Elaine
Katcher of Toledo were other
attendants. Debbie Anne Wil-
liams was her sister's junior
bridesmaid.

rine fisheries consultant and
boat appraiser, of Stonington,
Conn., has been authorized by
the local council of Kiryat-Ono,
Israel, to assist in securing

children of Kiryat-Ono are:
