The marriage of Janet Sosin
and Bernard Guggenheim was
solemnized by Rabbi Hayim
Donin June 18 at the RainboW
Inn.
Parents of the couple are Mr.
and Mrs. Nathan Sosin of Mar-
lowe Ave. and Martin Guggen-
heim and the late Mrs. Guggen-
heim of New York.
The bride wore a gown of
Chantilly lace with a satin un-
derskirt. Her veil was of match-
ing lace. White orchids with
trailing ivy adorned her white
Bible.
Mrs. David Buckfire was ma-
tron of honor, and Mrs. Sue
Kaplin and Shirley Gonte were
bridesmaids. Debbie Sosin was
junior bridesmaid.
Herbert Guggenheim, the
bridegroom's brother, was best
man. Ushers included Henry P.
Kassner, Rodney Rivardo and
Neil Sosin.
After a Bermuda honeymoon
the couple is residing on Man-
derson Rd.

"Streams in the Wilderness,"
a prize novel by Chayym Zeldis,
ex-Detroiter and f o r m, e r em-
ployee of The Jewish News, will
be published by Thomas Yose-
loff Inc. in January, 1962.
The book captured, in manu-
script form, the John Day Novel
Award at the New School for
Social Research in New York in
1958.
It deals with life on a Zionist

in the United
