Dr. Aviva Gileadi, of the fac-
ulty of Technion, Israel Insti-
tute of Technology at Haifa,
Israel, will be guest speaker at
an open meeting of the Detroit
Chapter of the American Tech-
nion Society, 8:30 p.m. Wednes-
day at the Jewish Community
Center.
The subject of Dr. Gileadi's
talk will be "Nuclear Engineer-
ing, Its Significance to Israel
Today." Julius Lev, president of
the local chapter, announces the
meeting will be open to all who
are interested:
Dr. Gileadi, who obtained her
training and education in Euro-
pean schools *ncluding Oxford
University, England, received
her masters degree in nuclear
science at the University of
Michigan where she is pres-
ently attending graduate school.
She will return to her teaching-
research post at the Technion
this fall.
