tions for their efforts in furthering the work of the Jewish
National Fund in reclaiming the land in Israel by planting

The newlyweds are the chil-
dren of Albert S. Kohl of Avon
Lane, Southfield, and the late
Mrs. Rose Braun Kohl and Mrs.
Herman Aberly of Wildwood
Ave. and the late Herman Ab-
erly.
The bride wore a floor-length
gown of antique ivory imported
Italian silk, satin finished with
a portrait neckline of Italian
lace appliqued -with tiny satin
rosettes, long tapered sleeves
and fitted bodice. The bell-
shaped skirt fell into a sweep
train and was styled . with an
irregular Gothic border of Ital-
ian lace appliqued with satin
rosettes. Her headpiece was
styled with two tiny rosettes
and bouffant illusion veiling.
She carried an asymetrical ar-
rangement of Eucharist lilies
and wore her mother's weddin
band during the ceremony.
Iris Kohl served her sister a
maid of honor. Paul Aberl
served his brother as best man
Ushers were Dr. Alvin B. Mi-
chaels, Harvey P. Sherman and
Harold Goldsmith.
The bride is a graduate of
Wayne State University and her
husband was graduated from
the University of Michigan. The
couple departed for a honey-
moon in .Ochos Rios, Jamaica
and New York City.
