Barbour Named Envoy to Israel All workers in the general solicitation section of the Wo- men's Division of the Allied Jewish Campaign will see the United Jewish Appeal movie, "Memo to Eichmann," reports Mrs. Max L. Lichter, general solicitation chairman. Women who live in Detroit will see the movie Wednesday, at the Jewish Center. Screen- ing will begin at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. Mrs. Lichter said workers can choose the time they wish to attend. Women who live in the sub- urbs, including Southfield, Oak Park, Huntington Woods, Franklin and Birmingham, will see the movie Thursday, March 16, at the Jewish Center — United Hebrew School Building, 15110 Ten Mil e. The agreement covers the period from April 1, 1961, to March 31, 1962. A communique issued by the Israel Mission stated that there were no basic deviations from the arrangements made in past years.
