• JERUSALEM — The central
-committee of the National Reli-
gious Party adjourned a second
session late Monday night without
a definite decision on whether to
join a narrow coalition under Pre-
mier Ben-Gurion, postponing the
issue until it meets again on
Thursday.

Accuse Swedish Red Cross of Naz
Collaboration in Second World - W

(Direct JTA Teletype Wire

PARIS — A former member
of the Belgian cabinet has ac-
cused the Swedish Red Cross
of cooperating with the Nazis
during the Second World War
in transporting inmates from
one concentration camp to an-
other.
Oscar Behogne, member of
the Belgian Christian Social
Party, in a letter to the Belgian
paper La Libre Belgique, said
that while he was a prisoner in
N e u n g a m m e Concentration
Camp, Swedish Red Cross cars
and ambulances entered the
camp.
,• "We thought that the Swedish

Red Cross was coming to tak
us in charge and lead us to
Sweden where we would be
taken care of and eventually
repatriated," Behogne declared.
The former minister said,
however, that Red Cross vehicles
brought them to another con-
centration camp, Wattensted in
Brunswick, where they were
handed over to SS guards.
The letter to the paper, the
former minister said, was writ-
ten "not in order to diminish
the humanitarian role played by
the Swedish Red Cross, but in
order to give a true testimony
of some of the facts unknown
20 years after the war."

security considerations current-

Considerable opposition was
developing within Mapai against
any far-reaching concessions to
the religious party to obtain
their participation in a small
