CONG. BNAI MOSHE: Sixty first grade students in the Religious
School will be dedicated to Jewish learning at a special late
Friday service 8:15 p.m. today. Special presentations by the
students; under the direction of Mrs. Florence Zacks, their
teacher, and Harry Siegel, music co-ordinator, will be intro-
duced by Walter Farber, school director. Rabbi Moses Lehr-
man will discuss "Education—Correct and Incorrect Ap-
proaches." Gifts will be distributed to the children by Bnai
Moshe president Stephen Lanyi and school board chairman
Arthur Boschan. Services at 4:40 p.m. today. At 8:45 a.m.
services Saturday, the Bar Mitzvah of Marshall Lefcourt

will be observed.
CONG. BETH SHALOM: Members of the United Synagogue
Youth will conduct services at 8:30 p.m. today when David
Smith will receive the Boy Scout Ner Tamid Award. Shelly
Barak, president of the youth group, will deliver the ser-
mon, and the kiddush will be chanted by Mark Kotler whose
Bar Mitzvah will be observed at 9 a.m. Saturday. Other
participants in the evening service will be Jonathan Ben-
sky, Robert Clinton, Gary Cohen, Jeri Herman, Charles
Knoppow, Paul Lessem, Ellen Sue Morger, Alan Sedman,
Mark Shopnick, Judith Siegel and David Smith.
