SCHATZ - SCHLAFER: 'Susan
Fel__ Schlafer, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Leonard Schlafer of
Moritz Ave., Oak Park, and
Frederick Emmanuel Schatz,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice
Schatz of -Ardmore Ave., were
united in marriage by Dr. Rich-
ard Hertz Dec. 7 at the Mayfair.
The bride wore a floor-length
gown of chantilly lace with a
sweetheart neckline. Mrs. Ger-
ald Shumer, sister of the bride-
groom, was matron of honor.
Bridestnaids were Myrna Silver-
farb, 'Deborah Charmer, Linda
Bernstein, Eileen. Eisman and
Rhoda Hammerstein. Harvey
Schatz served as his brother's ,
best man. Ushers included Ger-
ald Shumer, Ronald Barnett,
Alan Sims, Charles Schwartz,
Eugene Salesin and Frank Pol-
lack. The couple will reside in
Royal Oak after a Florida hon-
eymoon.
