This is the hotel's fourth public room to be completely redecorated in the past two years. The new room, formerly the Parade Bar, located at Michigan and Shelby, may be entered from the hotel arcade or through a new revolving door opening on to Michigan Avenue. Jar Manischewitz Fishlets 2 1,4 cups sifted flour 3/4 cup grated cheese 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup vegetable shortening, chilled 5 tablespoons cold water Mix flour and salt. Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender or 2knives until pieces are the size of peas. Add the cheese and mix well. Blend together lh cup of this mixture and the water. Add remaining flour mixture and mix with a fork until dough holds together. Wrap pastry bal in waxed paper and chill in refrigerator. Roll out pastry very thin on well floured board. Cut into 2-inch squares. Place a Fishlet in the center of each. Bring all four corners of squares together on center of Fishlet and pinch. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400° F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. The celebration of Hanukah is the triumph of freedom over slavery, of light over darkness, an annual observance of mankind's eternal battle against the forces of darkness and evil. The lighting of the candles in the Menorah follows "the same ritual that has been in existence for 3,000 years. Story-telling, gifts and feasting complete the celebration of the Festival of Lights.
