Sylvia Sidney to Be Featured in MUMFORD
Israel Ponds Fashion Fete Dec. 17

The noted film and stage
actress, Sylvia Sydney, will be
featured in the Israel Bonds
Fashion Festival here on Dec. 17.
The festival, sponsored by
the Women's Division of State
of Israel Bonds, will be held
at the Latin Quarter starting
at 8 p.m. It will take the form
of a dance and Israeli cham-
pagne hour, and will be open to
all 1960 purchasers of Israel
Bonds.
Claire Pearone, Detroit fash-
ion authority, will be the fash-
ion co-ordinator. She will do the
staging and accessorizing.
The USA-Israel Fashion Fes-
tival will feature original crea-
tions fashioned from Israeli fab--
ries by leading couturiers from
both the United States and Is-
rael. '

Annual Donor Lunch

Zedakah Club will hold its
annual donor luncheon 12:30
p.m. Wednesday at the Shera-
ton Cadillac Hotel, announces
President Mrs. Jack Greenberg.
A fashion show and a pro-
gram by the Arthur Murray
Dancers will highlight the after-
noon's entertainment. Prizes
will also be featured.
In charge of the event are
Mrs. Paul Deutch, program
chairman; and Mrs. Morris
'Knopper, donor chairman.
