Canadian Nazi Is
Ready to Apologize
to Jewish Community

MONTREAL — Andre Belle-
feuille, who created a furor in
Canada 10 days ago by telling a
national television audience that
he heads a Canadian Nazi party,
announced here Wednesday that
his "National Socialist Party is
dissolved and dead."
Bellefeuille, a government em-
ploye working for the Ministry of
Transport at Sorel, Quebec, who
was suspended from his job after
he announced himself as a Nazi
leader; said he was "sorry" for
the misunderstanding and is now
ready to apologize to the Jewish
community for his "racist talks."

Duchovny, a leading Yiddish
newspaperman a n d novelist,
died suddenly at his home here
Nov. 2. He was 59.
Born in Russia, Duchovny
was educated in that .country
and, later, in Palestine. He
came to the United States- in
1918 and joined the staff of
the Morning Journal. When the
latter newspaper was merged
