Deadline for Election
Registration Announced

The D e t r o it City Election
Commission urges voters to ob-
serve the Oct. 10 deadline as
the final day for the acceptance
of registrations or changes of
address for the forthcoming
presidential election.
Electors who have registered
or voted since that date and
have moved to a different ad-
dress, both within the city of
Detroit, may transfer by listing
their old and new addresses and
signature on a postal card or
on the reverse side of their
registration certificate and mail-
ing it to the City Election Com-
mission, 202 City-County Build-
ing, Detroit 26, Mich.
