• Detroit Postmaster Edward L. Baker has been appointed chair- man of the 1960 Christmas Seal campaign in Wayne County, it was announced by Lester K. Kirk, president of the Tubercu- losis and Health Society. Baker, M, Detroit,- postmaster for seven years, has been a member of the board of direc- tors of the TB and Health Society since 1955 and now is its first vice president. He - w a s co-chair- man of the Christmas Seal Baker campaign i n 1959 and served as chairman of the society's public relations com- mittee in 1957 and 1958. He has been active in the Michigan So- ciety for Mental Health. The seal campaign. is the only source of income for year-around the pro- gram of community health offered by the TB and Health Society and the Detroit Tuberculosis Sanatorium in Wayne County.
