Synagogues Now Taking Reservations for High Holy Day Services SYNAGOGUE SERVICES Local synagogues have begun preparations for High Holy Days services. Those to announce accom- modations for reservations this week are Young Is r a el of Northwest Detroit, Beth Shmuel, Gemiluth Chassodim and Khal Charedim. Additional facilities ha v e been obtained for young people's s ervices at Young Israel of NorthWest Detroit. Tickets for both a d u l t s and youth will be available 7:15 to 9:15 p.m. weekdays and 9 to 11 a.m. Sundays. Cantor Rabbi Ernes t T. Greenfield will officiate at the adult services. Rabbi Samuel H. Prero, spiritual 1 e a d e r, will preach at both the adult and young people's s e r v i c e s on alternate days of the High Holi- days. Rabbi Joseph Rabinowitz, spiritual leader of Cong. Beth Shmuel, announces High Holy Days services will be held in the temporary synagogue at 15215 Seven Mile Rd. Cong. Gemiluth Chassodim will hold High Holy Days serv- ices in its new synagogue at Greenfield Rd. and Vassar Dr. Tickets will be distributed be- ginning Aug. 28.
