bride is a senior at the Uni-

ity. Her fiance is also a senior
at the University of Michigan
and a member of Tau Delta

Andrew H. Berding, assistant

secretary of state for public
affairs, will deliver a major
policy address on Aug. 10 in
Miami, Fla., at the joint open-
ing session of the 65th annual
national convention of the Jew-
ish War Veterans and the 33rd
annual convention of the Ladies
Auxiliary of the JWV.
Also on the program for the
opening session are addresses
by national commander Bernard
Abrams; national ladies auxili-
ary president Mrs. Pearl Gold-
hagen and the mayor of Miami.
One highlight of the conven-
tion will be a panel on "Fascism
in America" with reference to
the emergence of Nazis as an
organized group (Aug. 13).
Also featured on the Aug. 13
agenda is a panel entitled "The
Hate Monger." Participating
will be Milton Friedman, Wash-
ington corresponderit for the
J e w i s h Telegraphic Agency;
Joseph F. Barr, national execu-
tive director of JWV; Warren
Adler, JWV's director of public
relations; and Abraham Kra-di-
tor, past national com-mander.
A panel discussion on the
Arab boycott will be held Aug.
11.

Marvin Seltzer exchanged vows
last week in a double-ring
ceremony at the Sheraton-
Cadillac Hotel.
- Parents of the couple are Mr.
and. Mrs. Joseph Dvorin of
Griggs Ave. and Mrs. Harry
Seltzer of Northlawn Ave. and
the late Harry Seltzer.
The bride wore a shirtwaist
gown of silk organza with val
lace embroidery and a white
satin waistband with a back
bow. Her two-tiered fingertip
veil of white silk illusion was
held in place by a crown of
tiny pearls.
Mrs. Seymour Levine was ma-
tron of honor, and bridesmaids
were Valarie Ascher, Mrs. Wil-
liam Lichtig and Mrs. Bruce
Rose n. Andrea Blitstein, the
bridegroom's niece, was flower
girl.
Nathan Blitstein,- a brother-in-
law, was best man. Ushers in-
cluded Stephen Dvorin, brother
of the bride; Milton Raskin,
Bruce Rosen and Jerry Geren-
raich.
The couple departed for a
Florida honeymoon. Their resi-
dence will be on Woodingham
