Philip Stollman
to Visit Israel
for Bar-Ilan U.

Phillip Stollman, nationally
prominent Mizrachi leader, who
was named a member of the
committee of
21 to super-
vise the al-
location of
United Jewish
Appeal funds

will leave for
Israel on
Tuesday on
several special

missions.
As national chairman of the
American Committee for Bar-
Ilan University, Stollman will
confer with Bar-Ilan leaders
and will attend sessions of the
university's administration.

He also will attend sessions
of the -Jewish Agency and will
confer with Israel government
leaders on plans to be pursued
by the newly-formed commit-
tee of 21, which was organized
under the chairmanship of
Dewey Stone.
Stollman will report on his
mission to Israel upon his re-
turn in mid-June.

Fram Hall, is currently com-
pleting plans for the addition.
It is expected that building will
begin soon after the official
close of the drive on June 15,
the date of the annual congre-
gational meeting.
It is anticipated, Trepeck
said, to have the educational
wing ready for occupancy in
September for the new school
term.
At a recent pre-campaign
brunch at Darby's, nearly
$70,000 was raised toward the
building, Trepeck said.
Dr. Leon Fram is spiritual
leader of Temple Israel, and
Rabbi M. Robert Syme, asso-
ciate rabbi, administrates the
educational system.
