Memorial Park, Los Angeles,

for Over 50 years, will be un-
veiled at 2 p.m., Sunday, at

A 58-year-old Detroit busi-
nessman, Nathan Ruzumna, was
shot and killed by an unknown
assailant Tuesday afternoon, in
his store at 15218 Livernois.
Mr. Ruzumna, who had oper-
ated the Standard Rug and Lin-
oleum Company for 25 years,
had been robbed of an unknown
amount, although he had earlier
spoken to hiS wife, Marion, who
said he had just*made a bank
deposit.
Born in Russia, Mr. Ruzumna
lived here at 23620 Church, Oak
Park. He was a member of the
I Kadimah Social Club and the
Ostrow Family Club.
Besides his wife, Mr. Ru-
zumna is survived by three
I daughters, Mrs. Milton Silver-
man, Mrs. Herbert Levin and
Mrs. Arnold Disner; two broth-
ers, Simon and Oscar; a sister,
Mrs. Jacob Lipovitch; and five
grandchildren.

1,500 Attend Funeral
for Senator Neuberger

PORTLAND, ORE., (JTA ) —
More than 1,500 persons at-
tended funeral services at Tem-
ple Beth Israel for Sen. Richard
L. Neuberger, who died here
last week at the age of 47.
Many of the crowd, who could
not find roam inside the temple,
stood outside the building to
listen to the eulogies by Sen-
ate Majority Leader Lyndon
Johnson and other members of
the Senate and government.
