weeks of tours, travel, study,

The contest, open to all col-

the United States and Canada,
will close May 1.
The essay topics are: "What
Israel Means to Me" and "Is-
rael's Moral Responsibility to
the World."
The essays, to be from 1,000
to 2,000 words, are to be sub-
