States to participate as speak-

of the United Jewish Appeal.
They are Mrs. Dita Natzor,
public relations officers of the
municipality of Beersheba, Is-
rael's gateway to the Negev,
and Dr. Arieh Nesher, a former
member of the Ministry of
Labor, who, as general secre-
tary of the Central Committee
of Liberated Jews of the U.S.
Military Zone in Germany after
World War II, helped organize
one of the largest mass immi-
