You will find that your problem, though serious, indeed, can be solved by your own cool, clear thinking and doing. Try it the next time some- one solemnly advises, 'You ought to see a psychiatrist!' " Dr. Mandel offers positive approaches. He emphasizes that "there is fun in living," and he seeks to guide his reader towards acquiring the knack of finding the pleasures of a normal, productive life.
