Four young men — an un- precedented number in the troop's history — will attain the Eagle Scout rank, highest in scouting. Participating in the service will be Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts, sponsored by the Men's Club, and Girl Scouts and Brownies, who are guided by members of. the Sisterhood. Dr. Leon Fram will preach on "The Responsibilities of Youth:" The Ner Tamid Medal, high- est religious distinction a Jew- ish scout can achieve, will be awarded to Steven Kutnick and Donald Newman, members of the temple's Troop 146. The award is presented for achieve- ment in religious education and service and for knowledge of Bible, history and religion. Receiving the Eagle Scout award will be Lance Mermen,.
