at 8:30 p.m., Tuesday. The pro-
gram is sponsored by Brandeis,
Centennial, Detroit, Keidan, Li-
vonia, Marshall, Tucker and
Zager lodges and chapters as
part of the Metropolitan Detroit
Bnai Brith Council Israel Bond
drive, which runs until Jan. 16.
On the program with Adams
will be Shimon and Ilana, young
interpreters of Israeli and other
folk music.
Mel Weisz, District 6 Israel
chairman, will be chairman of
the evening for the joint pro-
gram, fourth in a series of five
Israel night programs in the
Council's Israel Bond drive.
The Detroit drive goal is
$150,000, said Harry Wein-
berger, president of Metropoli-
tan Detroit Bnai Brith Council.
Final program in the Bnai
Brith drive, on Jan. 16, at Rain-
bow Terrace, will feature Bob
Lurie, St. Louis TV personality
and national Bnai Brith leader,
and Shimon and Ilana. It will
be sponsored by Albert Ein-
stein Lodge and Chapter.
Admission to all programs is
free. Refreshments will be
served.
Histadrut to Host S.L.A. Marshall at Campaign Fete
The final pre-campaign activ-
ity of the Detroit Israel Hist-
drut drive will be a reception
tendered in honor of Gen. and
Mrs. S. L. A. Marshall.
Mr. and Mrs. Moe Saslove,
3460 Sherbourne, will host
volunteer workers and contribu-
tors of the scrap trades division
at the reception, which will be
held Sunday evening.
Official opening of the Histra-
drut Campaign will be on Jan.
19. It will close on Feb. 28.
Principal speaker at the in-

Practices Commission, will in-
troduce Mrs. Marshall.
