Yiddish author, Sholem Alei-
chem, on the 100th anniversary
of his birth. The program will
include an oneg shabbat, drama-
tizations and readings.
At 9 p.m., Tuesday, the
Sholem Aleichem School will
hold its annual Hanukah work-
shop. Parents, members and
friends will prepare for the
holiday by learning various
skills and crafts and by familiar-
izing themselves with the his-
tory and customs of the holiday.
At 9 p.m., Dec. 18, Chapter
Two of the Institute will hold
its third discussion in the series
-"Living in Two Cultures." In-
stitute director, Moishe Haar,
will be guest speaker. Theme

in the Middle Ages."
