James Warburg—we must constantly refer to him by his

is completely uninformed. We have a suspicio'n that he acted
under influence of the Council for Judaism and that he emerged
as a "self-hating" Jew who must be motivated by unjustified
fears. He certainly has helped Israel's enemies. He has given
comfort to the ArabS at a time when they refuse to negotiate
peace with Israel, and he has strengthened the hands of the
saber-rattlers in the Middle East and the hate spreaders in
Jewish communities. He certainly has rendered a great disservice
to the Jewish people.

About a 'Zionist God'

It would be interesting to probe the hearts of the many
United Nations delegates from more than 70 nations—exclusive
of the Arab bloc—as to their reactions during the comedy that
was enacted in. the UN chamber, when Musa Nasir, Jordan's
Foreign Minister, was fulminating not so much against Israel
as against a "Zionist god."
Poor Nasir! He must have forgotten his Koran, which owes
so much to the Bible whence stems the Zion he does not like!
Poor Nasir! Apparently he knows very little about - the
Christians' New Testament which does not forget Zion! Does he
know anything about the Christians he was addressing who so
often refer to Zion when they recite the Psalms during their
religious services?
Only a short while ago, Louis "Satchmo" Armstrong was
accused of being a "spy" for Israel, and our able Washington
correspondent, Milton Friedman, revealed in what fashion
"Satchmo" truly could resort to espionageif-by blowing the horn
in Zion to confuse Satan. Nasir must have been confused by
one of Satchmo's blasts.
Poor Nasir! He has attempted an Arabian Nights judgment,
and his fellow delegates must have felt as if they were attending
a medieval comedy!. Did they give thought to the tragedy in the
comedy—that all Nasir succeeded in doing was to sink his own
people deeper into the ignorance of medievalism?
