Hold Data to Convict Eichmann BONN, (JTA)—Should Adolf Eichmann, former Nazi SS leader, be extradited to West Germany, there is sufficient evidence against him to start criminal prosecution, Dr. H. Wolf, chief prosecutor for the Federal Government told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. Eichmann, head of the Jewish section of the Gestapo during, the Hitler era, has been re- ported residing in the sheikdom of Kuwait. He has been held responsible for issuing the or- ders that resulted in the deaths of 6,000,000 European Jews. The office of Chief Rabbi Yitzhak Nissim expressed con- cern over the fact that, among all the Jewish communities in the Soviet bloc, only Romania, through a message from Chief Rabbi Rosen, of Bucharest, sent the traditional High Holy Day greeting. Mossman, former spiritual leader of De- troit's Evergreen Jewish Cong., has been awarded a fellowship by AMVETS, the American Vet- - erans of World War II, for spe- cial studies in the area of public responsibility. Presently with Cong. Shearith Israel, Atlanta, Ga., Rabbi Moss- man is one of a - limited number of AMVET Fellows to partici- pate in a six-month program which began Oct. 25. The purpose of the program, being financed by a $20,000 grant made to AMVETS by the Fund of Adult Education, is to enable these leaders to attain a wider perspective of present- day society, so as to better pre- pare them to make decisions in matters affecting public and national welfare in whatever position they may be.. Rabbi Mossman served as a chaplain with the Army in World War II. He was ap- pointed AMVETS National Chaplain for the 1958-59 year, and is currently chaplain of AMVETS Post 1, in Atlanta. He has also served for the past 10 years as chaplain for the Jewish War Vet e r a n s in Atlanta. Rabbi Mossman holds a de- gree as Associate in Arts from Crane College (Chicago) and a law degree from DePaul Uni- versity (Chicago).
