Dean at Wayne U.

Mr. and Mrs. Lewis H. Moyer (Carol Jacobson) are now
residing at Stratford Villa Apartments in Oak Park. Mr. Moyer
has completed his tour of duty with the United States Army.
Mr. Herschell S. Blitz, of Mendota Ave., has returned home
after spending a two year tour of duty in the United States Navy.
Mr, Blitz served aboard the U.S.S. Willard Keith. His tour
extended the Caribbean, Mediterranean and anti-submarine duty
in the North Atlantic area.
The golden wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Rubin
Schneider, of 4052 Collingwood, will be celebrated at a reception
given Sunday by their children at the Jewish Home for the Aged.
The couple were married in Poland . and have been residents
of Detroit since 1920. They have three sons, Martin, Thomas
and Jack, and five grandchildren.
Sailing this coming Tuesday aboard the SS Constitution,
Mildred Goldman will spend a month in Europe and Israel.
Mr. Raymond J. Waxman, who will leave in September for a
two year stay in Honolulu on a fellowship from the University of
Hawaii, will be feted at - a bon voyage party Sunday by his
parents, the Morris L. Waxmans, of Burt Rd. Mr. Waxman is a
recent graduate of Wayne State University and will obtain his
masters degree in speech pathology.

The new Mrs. Weis chose a

the American Pharmaceutical
Association, Alpha Zeta Omega
Pharmaceutical Fraternity, the
American College Public Rela-
tions Association, the Society of,
Sigma Xi and several other
groups.
Dr. Blockstein and his wife,
Liesl, are the parents of two
children, David and Susan.
