Slate Briefing Meeting

Members of the Detroit Serv-
ice Group Mission to Israel will
meet at 4 p.m., Tuesday, in the
directors' room of the Fred M.
Butzel Memorial Bldg., 163 Mad-
ison, announce Max M. Shaye,
chairman, and Milford R. Preg-
erson, co-chairman.
They will review plans, have
questions answered and make
final preparations for the tour.
The mission will include 50 De-
troiters when it leaves New
York Sept. 21, Shaye said.

Friends of Sidney J. Allen honored the late communal
leader on the occasion of his 60th birthday by contributing
funds for the Sidney and Phyllis Allen Amphitheater at Camp
Tamarack. The completed structure is one of the units to be
dedicated in ceremonies this Wednesday.
