Sweden's Premier
to Open Stockholm
WJC 10-Day Parley

Prime Minister Tage Erland-
er of Sweden will open the ten-
day Plenary Assembly of the
World Jewish Congress to be
held in Stockholm Aug. 2 to
12.
The global parley will be at-
tended by 300 delegates from
WJC affiliates throughout the
world. Major issues affecting

Jewry will be discussed and
a blueprint for WJC action
drafted.
The opening session will take
place in Stockholm City Hall.
after which the conference will
be held in the Swedish Parlia-
ment Building which has been

WJC.
The Mayor of Stockholm will
