Morris Gold, Is Dead

Morris Gold, a leading figure
in the Flint Jewish community,
died June 5, at the age of 72.
He had resided at 1805 Winona.
A Flint resident for 48" years,
Mr. Gold. was one of the city's
leading purchasers of Israel
Bonds. He was an organizer and
one of the major supporters of
the Flint United Jewish Appeal
campaign.
A member of Cong. Beth Is-
rael, which he helped to estab-
lish, he also belonged to Bnai
Brith, the Zionist Organization
and the Independent Order of
Odd Fellows.

He is survived by his wife,
Dora, and several nephews and
nieces.
