KARLSRUHE, (JTA)—Hans
Robert Kremer, former editor-
publisher of the neo-Nazi news-
paper, Die Anklage, was sen-
tenced to a two-year jail term
for hate-mongering again s t
Jews and ridiculing the demo-
cratic West German state.
He was indicted on a number
of charges, including one that
he had written and published
a statement that "the German
people know that the claim of
6,000,000 murdered Jews is a
propaganda d e v i c e.". The co-
plaintiffs in the charges against
the 40-year-old newspaperman,
whose newspaper was banned,
by the West German. Govern- ,
ment in 1957, were the Central
Council of Jews in Germany
and Dr. Eugen Gerstenmaier,
president of the Bundestag, the
lower house of the Bonn Parlia-
ment.
