world "a fine lesson on rela-
tions with minorities," a promi-
nent American educator, who
is a member of President Eisen-
hower's Commission on Civil
Rights, declared.
The statement was made in
Galilee by Dr. Robert Storey,
after touring Arab areas in
northern ISrael. Dr. Storey is
dean of Southern Methodist Uni-
versity Law School, and is also
chairman of the United States
Board of Foreign Scholarships
which implements the Ameri-
can government's program of
Fulbright scholarships.
