The confiscation order was directed against 42 copies of the periodical, out of 83 studied by the court. The order noted that a general ban against "Der Weg" was moot, since the periodical has now suspended publication. The court, however, imposed a nominal fine of one mark per copy against the German distributor of "Der Weg," former Chief Customs Inspec- tor H. Flohr.
