Jewish Scout Leaders Schedule Conclave A conclave for leaders of Jewish faith has been arranged by the Jewish Committee on Scouting of the Boy Scouts of America for 4:30 p.m., April 19, at the Charles Howell Scout Reservation, announces William H. Frank, committee chairman. Among those who are being invited to attend are commis- sioners, Cubmasters, Scout- masters, • their assistants, Ex- plorer advisers, unit committee- men and representatives of in- stitutions sponsoring Scouting for Jewish boys. Several members of the rab- binate also will attend, accord- ing to Frank. Charles E. Fein- berg, a veteran Scoutleader and member of the committee, will be conclave chairman. His com- mittee includes Sidney Dinner, Aaron Hyman, Alfred Klun- over, Maxwell Lowe and Hy- man M. Jackson.
